Meditation Instruction

Join us on Thursday evening's  at 7:00 pm to watch a teaching of Chhoje Rinpoche's. We begin the evening by watching a previously recorded teaching from Chhoje Rinpoche; then we sit for two, fifteen minute, meditation sessions.  Come join us and meet other members of our community. This program is offered freely. Donations are always welcomed.
