We will practice together and review the visualizations and various stages of practice for both the short Dudjom Tersar Ngondro and the Throma Ngondro. Saturday will focus on the Tersar Ngondro and Sunday will focus on Throma.  Anyone with interest in either practice can attend either or both days.

About the Teacher

Lama John Ross

For the past 25 years, Lama John Ross has been practicing in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism under the guidance of Chhoje Rinpoche and Soktse Rinpoche. He spent several years in India and Nepal studying with senior masters, meditating in solitary retreats, and also learning the Tibetan language. After completing a three-year retreat in 2005, he was recognized as a Lama and authorized to teach.  He continues to keep a rigorous practice schedule and also works on translations of sacred texts from our lineage.  Lama John has completed a series of retreats on the Dudjom Throma cycle under Soktse Rinpoche’s guidance, and Rinpoche has encouraged him to teach these practices.
