Please join the PMC Book Group’s summer dive into an exploration of karma.

Chogyam Trungpa died in 1987, yet his vast library of teachings and writings have spawned over 25 books since, compiled by senior editors of the Shambhala Archives.

This volume deals with the concept of karma as we may have learned of it, yet its primary focus is how we work with what is presented in our lives, largely through meditation, a space where we let go of distractions and attachments and exist, however briefly, in an absence of karma.

“It seems quite timely that this book is appearing now, in 2018, given what might be called the karmic upheavals taking place in America and around the world. A lot of people in the United States are asking themselves about the state of political chaos: “Why now? Why is this happening to us?” Or “How did this happen to us?” And “What can we do about it?”

Join us for biweekly discussions of these selected readings on karma, and get any questions you may have, explored, if not answered. All practice levels invited.

Our discussions occur both in-person at PMC or online.

Suggested Donation of $35 to participate in this program. No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds, you can contact treasurer@pmctr.org for further assistance.
