Counsels from My Heart, by Dudjom Rinpoche
Padmakara Translation Group
Please join us this fall as we explore Counsels from My Heart by Dudjom Rinpoche, a vital, direct Nyingma lineage master and representative of Guru Padmasambhava. This deceptively small work, based on Dudjom Rinpoche’s discourses from the 1960s and 70s, can seed profound discussions about the dharma and our own practice. From Ordinary Mind: "This book embodies lineage. If one can see past the culture and environment, one is given the original map to liberation." As Dudjom Rinpoche himself says, "This advice is the very blood of my heart. Hold it close and never let it go."
All dharma students are welcome. We meet every other Monday evening from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. MDT starting September 16, 2024. This is a hybrid format Book Group, meaning that one may participate either in-person at PMC, or online through Zoom.
Suggested Donation of $35 to participate in this program. No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds, you can contact treasurer@pmctr.org for further assistance.
Fall Schedule and Reading Content:
